SIM Activation & Usage

All SIM cards must be activated and topped up with credit within two days of receipt according to its network’s terms and conditions.

VIP Number Policy

VIP (Gold/Platinum) numbers are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once purchased, the number is reserved for the buyer only and cannot be exchanged.
Prices of VIP numbers are subject to market demand and may change without notice.

Payment & Refunds

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Due to the nature of digital and personalized products (e.g., VIP numbers), no refunds or exchanges are allowed after the order is confirmed and processed.

Delivery

SIM cards and VIP numbers may be delivered digitally or physically based on the product and customer location.
Delivery timelines will be provided during the order process.

Liability

Cipher Communications is not liable for misuse, loss, or unauthorized use of the SIM card or number after delivery.
We are not responsible for network issues or service outages caused by third-party telecom operators.
